It’s Friday. All those year-end round-ups are out. So we’re listening to all of our favorites from 2009 and getting excited about 2010. Here are a few lists to check out:

Over at Pitchfork, Animal Collective took #1 for best song (“My Girls”) and album (Merriweather Post Pavilion), and Dirty Projectors followed up in the #2 slot on both lists (for the “Stillness is the Move” off the album Bitte Orca).

Stereogum has a nice round up of what we have to look forward to in 2010, which includes albums by Hot Chip, The National, MGMT, LCD Soundsystem, Frightened Rabbit, The Strokes, Arcade Fire and Sleigh Bells. Here are two singles off of albums coming out in the next few months:
